While many Day-of Coordinators charge additional fees for A La Carte items, such as creating a wedding day agenda, offering vendor suggestions, or charging more for larger weddings, we keep the pricing simple and provide any and all necessary services needed to orchestrate the wedding of your dreams.
Upon booking:
Immediate access to wedding planning Google Drive
Ongoing unlimited communication via email and/or Google Drive
1-2 months before your wedding day:
Meet with Client to finalize wedding day timeline of events, floor plan, and ceremony outline via phone, Zoom, or during final walk through at venue
Begin contacting vendors to provide wedding day details
Continued communication via email
1-2 weeks before your wedding day:
Contact all vendors and ensure arrival at specified times
Send out wedding day timeline to vendors
Ensure couple has purchased marriage license
Review vendor tip list
Rehearsal:
Orchestrate processional and recessional
Morning of your wedding:
Act as the main point of contact for all vendors
Assist with setup, including personal decor, guest book, place settings, etc.
Assist with emergency alterations as necessary
Distribute bouquets, assist with boutonnières, and corsages
Provide access to emergency wedding kit
Ceremony/Reception:
Act as the main point of contact for all ceremony and reception events
Line up wedding party for processional
Ensure proper flow of cocktail hour and reception
Cue DJ, photographer, and videographer of important events taking place throughout the reception (cake cutting, toasts, bouquet toss, etc.)
Cue best man and maid of honor when it is time for toasts
Ensure guests are lined up properly for send off
Take all wedding gifts to assigned vehicles
Box up personal decorations brought by the bride and groom
Distribute vendor tips at the close of the reception
